By accepting the immediate delivery of your key, you agree that the contract execution begins without delay.
Under our commercial guarantee “30-Day Return Right”, we nevertheless offer you the possibility to request a refund or exchange in the following situations:
Immediate cancellation after purchase
If the cancellation request is made immediately after the order, before the license key is sent or activated, a full refund will be granted.
Non-working license
In case of malfunction or activation error, the customer must provide a clear screenshot of the error message within 24 hours of receiving the key.
Our team commits to providing a quick solution, either by:

No solution found
If no satisfactory solution can be provided after verification, a full refund will be made in accordance with our General Terms of Sale (see Article 10).
